Every person in this world can live happy life if his or her health vise fit and sound. that,s why many people do workout out to keep their body healthy and fit. some of them go to gym and some do walk as per their need. it is good to be healthy bu on other side there are some people in this world who are facing problems because of their unhealthy body. it all happens because their diet is not proper or they are quit busy in their work that make s them fatty or week. So to over come from these type of problems i want to write some tips to make them fit. First of all Bed tea is not good for health, 70 percent of world people are addicted to bed tea, but bed tea create acid in their body so my suggestion is to avoid bed tea as much you can.
Secondly everybody must drink 2-3 glasses of warm water it helps to solve the constipation problem as almost everybody is suffering from this problem. after that walk for at least 45-60 mints walk, because morning walk is very good for our health and it increases oxygen level in our body. Most importantly I always suggest people to do yoga. it helps our health and increases the immune system of the body.with the help of yoga our mind and body become very sound and healthy.
Some people don't do proper breakfast. this is the biggest mistake they are doing in these days. skipping breakfast doesn't you slim. skipping breakfast make body weak and some of them cam get fatty.because they eat alot in lunch. So my suggestion is to eat proper and healthy breakfast so that your body can perform well.
