BEST BREAKFAST FOR ATHLETES

According to the Germany Researches discovered that it's better to east pure protein meal in the morning time, then the breakfast that rich in protein, carbohydrates and fat. By taking pure protein breakfast, body produce more Anabolic hormones and also inhibits the production of cortisol. Participants in this research were men aged 18-40 years old and they consumed mixture of 25gm of amino acids in a glass of water in the morning time.

That mixture contained :-


  1. Leucine
  2. Valine
  3. Isoleucine
  4. Tyronise 
  5. Tryptophan
  6. Cysteine
  7. Threonine 
  8. Methionine
  9. Lysine
  10. Phenylalanine
  11. Histidine
  12. Vitamins & Minerals 
Participants were divided into three parts. The first group ate nothing, second group (iso control group) they had milk protein (same calories as the amino acids)and carbohydrates & third group that consume amino acid mixture.

The result:-

The pure protein breakfast ie amino acid mixture group resulted very high HGH [Human Growth Hormone] peak. Other effect that was observed that declined in the cortisol  level by almost 50 % in a Amino Acid Mixture group and 10% in other groups.

People who really care about their health they must eat their breakfast rich in high protein. It'll also help in the production of HGH.
